These terms govern your use of KikuMark, a Japanese listening-practice app operated by Chenlu Zhu. Contact: support@kikumark.com
KikuMark records nearby audio during listening exercises, transcribes it, and generates study cards, comprehension quizzes and progress estimates. Results are automated study aids and may contain errors; they are not official exam scores or certifications.
An anonymous account is created automatically so you can start immediately; you may add an email to protect your records. Keep your credentials safe and do not share or abuse your account.
Subscriptions are managed with RevenueCat and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. They renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account. Deleting the app or your KikuMark account does not cancel a subscription. Prices, trials and promotions shown at the store checkout apply.
You agree not to: bypass quotas or purchase verification, create accounts automatically or abusively, process content you have no right to use, attempt to access other users' data, attack or disrupt the service, or use KikuMark unlawfully. We may limit or suspend accounts for abuse, security risks or illegal use.
Audio is used for transcription and is not intended to be stored permanently by KikuMark; temporary audio is deleted after processing and full transcripts are not permanently stored. See the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KikuMark is provided "as is" without warranties, and KikuMark is not liable for transcription or quiz errors, data loss from anonymous accounts, third-party service outages, or indirect damages. Rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law remain unaffected.

应用会自动创建匿名账户，无需注册即可开始；您可以绑定邮箱保护学习记录。请妥善保管登录凭证，不得共享或滥用账户。
订阅通过 RevenueCat 管理，由 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 扣款。除非在当前计费期结束前取消，订阅会自动续订；请在应用商店账户中管理或取消。删除应用或删除 KikuMark 账户不会自动取消订阅。价格、试用期和促销以商店结算页面为准。
您承诺不：绕过额度或购买验证、自动化批量创建账户、处理无权使用的内容、尝试访问其他用户数据、攻击或干扰服务、将服务用于违法活动。对滥用、存在安全风险或违法使用的账户，我们可采取合理限制措施。
录音仅用于转写，KikuMark 不打算永久保存录音；临时录音在处理完成后删除，完整转写不会永久保存。详见隐私政策。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，KikuMark 按"现状"提供且不作保证，KikuMark 对转写或题目错误、匿名账户数据丢失、第三方服务中断或间接损失不承担责任。强制性消费者保护法律赋予的权利不受影响。
